Dr. Michelle Kim, Board Certified Family Practice Physician and Portola Clinic Medical Director, enjoys the opportunity to spend more time with her patients here at EPHC. She left a successful 11 year practice in Davis, CA where she graduated from UC Davis School of Medicine.
EPHC's Telemedicine Program offers our patients the chance to see the specialists they need without having to travel long distances. Specialties include diabetes education, endocrinology, neurology, pain management, and psychiatry. Our clinics are conveniently located in each of the four communities we serve--a part of our commitment to quality neighborhood health care. We offer same day appointments at all of our clinics, and walk-in appointments at our Graeagle Clinic. Most of our talented, caring physicians are board certified. Many of our nurse practitioners have decades of experience. And, many have lived and worked in our county for years, so they're attuned to the particular needs of the patients they serve. Along with our general family practitioners, we have a wide variety of specialists, ensuring that you can get the care you need close to home. EPHC's specialists perform outpatient surgeries at our hospital in Portola, so you don't have to add travel to your list of concerns at an already difficult time.
You'll also enjoy a personal relationship with your health care provider. Often, they'll know your name, and they'll know your family. At EPHC, we return "care" to the healthcare equation.
